Cervecería Modelo has produced Modelo and Corona brands since 1922. Grupo Modelo is a leader in manufacturing, distribution and sale of beers throughout Mexico. It is present in 159 countries and ranks fifth in worldwide brewing industry. It produces thirteen beer brands and its industrial cluster is made up of brewing companies, malt-houses, companies devoted to design, production and installation of equipments for brewing industry; aluminum, glass and cardboard packaging; distribution centers and other companies unrelated to the brewing sector. Tholön Kunst has developed advertisements, direct marketing material and merchandising for Corona Extra, Modelo Especial and Negra Modelo.
