Integrated Document Management
One of the purposes of the Culture Bureau for Generalitat de Catalunya (Secretaría de Cultura de la Generalitat de Catalunya) is the implementation of policies within the sphere of promotion and exhibition of the Catalan cultural heritage. Having an annual investment of 320 million Euros for developing its activities, it has more than 290 files and 364 queries rooms and about 1,250,000 visitors per year. Tholön Kunst made the editorial design of four book collections for the Subdirección General d’Arxius i Gestio Document. These books will facilitate documented management from a consolidated filing science, integrated in organizational and procedural processes.
