“To sell, innovate” is the obsession of marketing and «bestsellerism». However, for Alejandro Katz, director of the publishing house Katz editores, the timelessness of indispensable works shows that novelty is not a value in and of itself; “what is important is that the work is necessary.” Tholön Kunst has collaborated with Katz editores since their early days. Building upon the design of their brand and the editorial design of all their books, it develops an identity that is a continuum with the quality and consistency of their catalog. In sync with the publishing house’s communication strategy, Tholön Kunst creates series and books with an austere design that stresses the typographic layout, relying on the simplicity of concise expression.
